These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobalIPTV operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by local law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against GlobalIPTV.
